What vibe do you bring to the wedding day?

What if I'm uncomfortable in front of the camera?
I feel that. Seriously...as much as I LOVE being behind a lens, being in front of it is a whole other story! My best advice, specifically for wedding days, is to shift your focus to your partner. Not only will this make you feel less stiff and nervous, but it will make for some super cute candid moments!
The best candids come from being fully present in the moments of the day and not feeling like it's one large photo/video shoot!
Will there be a second shooter?
Yes! The second shooter will be my husband, Cole!
Do you shoot destination weddings?
As of right now, we are only shooting in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin!
How long does it take to receive the final edited film?
I understand the anticipation of seeing your final videos.... That's why I try my best to get you your entire collection in under 2 weeks. Yes, life happens sometimes so I don't guarantee it, but just as much as you want to see your film, I want to share it with you!!
What kind of gear do you use?
We use professional Fujifilm cameras & film in 4k. Our cameras are dual card slot so rest assured there is a backup of your footage!!
As for audio, we have several different mini mics and recorders you'll see me whip out of my fanny pack to record some super great audio!
For our "retro" footage we use a Sony Handycam!
Can I pick my own music?
Having a music background myself, a HUGE part of a wedding film is the music that intertwines itself into the story.
So as wonderful as it would be for me to let couples choose whatever songs they wanted, I see it as a great opportunity for me to use songs that you don't already know and can newly associate with your wedding film. I'll sit for hours at my desk searching for the perfect songs that fit seamlessly into your film and into your story.
